Since 1 July 2016, pursuant to Law No 2015-1567 of 2 December 2015, marketing authorisations for biocidal products, hitherto granted by the Ministry of the Environment, have been issued by the French Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety.
The Order defines certain conditions for using biocidal products, especially regarding the use of the necessary personal protective equipment for their use, storage procedures and any usage restrictions relating to the prevention of any poisoning of non-target species.
