Ordinance amending the
Tram Construction and Operation Order
The entry for § 61 is worded as follows:
‘§ 61 Supervision of the construction of operating facilities and vehicles’.

§ 2 is amended as follows:

a) In paragraph 1, the following third sentence is inserted after the second sentence:
The following sentence added to § 2(1):

‘The third to fifth sentences of § 1(1) remain unaffected.’

b) Paragraph 2 is worded as follows:

‘It is permitted to deviate from generally recognised engineering practice if it is demonstrated to the Technical Supervisory Authority that the requirements in terms of public safety and order are met.’
2a) In subparagraph 3 of the second sentence of § 3(1), the words ‘or a combination of the two’ are inserted after the word ‘persons’.

§ 4 is amended as follows:

a) Paragraph 3, second sentence is removed.
Paragraph 3, second sentence is removed.

b) The following paragraph 5 is added:
In paragraph 4, the words ‘or a combination of the two, depending on local conditions’ are inserted after the word ‘persons’.

c) The following paragraph 5 is added:
‘(5) Business operators shall keep records regarding

§ 57(3)(2) is worded as follows:

‘2. Power supply systems 4 years,’.

§ 61 is amended as follows:
