Having regard to the Order of 27 July 1977, the National inter-branch potato committee is a recognised agricultural inter-branch organisation;

Having regard to the Order of 26 February 2015 relating to the extension of agreements concluded within the context of a recognised inter-branch agricultural organisation;
Having regard to the inter-branch agreement of 28 May 2019 concluded by the professional organisations that are members of the National Inter-Branch Potato Committee [CNIPT] and relating to the justification of the culinary label ‘fried’, either alone or in combination with other culinary labels, on batches of ware potatoes;

The inter-branch agreement of 28 May 2019 concluded by the professional organisations that are members of the National Inter-Branch Potato Committee [CNIPT] and relating to the justification of the culinary label ‘fried’, either alone or in combination with other culinary labels, on batches of ware potatoes is extended for the 2019/2020 to 2021/2022 marketing years, from 1 August 2019 to 31 July 2021, to all members of the professions constituting this inter-branch organisation, except for the provisions set out in Sections 8.02 and 8.03(a) of Article VIII.
The inter-branch agreement of 28 May 2019 concluded by the professional organisations that are members of the National inter-branch potato committee [CNIPT] and relating to the justification of the culinary label ‘fried’, either alone or in combination with other culinary labels, on batches of ware potatoes is extended for the 2019-2020 to 2021-2022 marketing years, from 1 August 2019 to 31 July 2022, to all members of the professions constituting this inter-branch organisation for potatoes produced in France, except for the provisions set out in Sections 8.02 and 8.03(a) of Article VIII.

This Order shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
The Director-General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control and the Director-General for the Economic and Environmental Performance of Enterprises shall be responsible, each within their own area of competence, for the implementation of this order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
