To standardise the technical procedures in the national territory for periodic verification of the instruments referred to in the technical data sheets reported. This directive adds 3 new annexes to those already defined by Decree 93/2017 and is set in a context which aims to homogenise the activities of the bodies carrying out periodic verification and to improve the effectiveness of controls by the competent authorities, in order to strengthen consumer confidence and to guarantee trade.
