The purpose of the preliminary draft ordinance is primarily to amend the aforementioned Ordinance of 1 March 2007 to take into account technological developments, while continuing to ensure a high level of environmental protection.
The preliminary draft modifies the existing Ordinance. It sets the immission threshold for antennas (GSM, public Wi-Fi, etc.) at 6 V/m. This threshold applies to all zones accessible to the public.
