The draft technical regulation was drawn up in accordance with § 19 of Act No 251/2012 on energy and on amendments to certain acts, as amended, and within the scope set out in Decree No 271/2012 of the Ministry of Economy laying down the details of the scope of technical specifications for accessing and connecting to the system and network and rules for system and network operation.
The Technical Conditions of the distribution system operator Stredoslovenská distribučná, a. s. stipulate the method used to access and connect to the distribution system, technical conditions for operation and measurement in the distribution system, provision of universal service, technical conditions for interruption of the distribution of electricity, disconnection from the distribution system, technical conditions for establishing control rules and requirements for the collection and transmission of information for central control and for the establishment of criteria for technical safety and development of the distribution system.
