The draft technical regulation was drawn up in accordance with Section 19 of Act No 251/2012 on energy and on amendments to certain acts, as amended, and within the scope set out in Decree No 271/2012 of the Ministry of Economy laying down the details of the scope of technical specifications for accessing and connecting to the system and network and rules for system and network operation.
The technical specifications (hereinafter the ‘TS’) of the distribution system operator Východoslovenská distribučná, a.s. focus on solving selected problems of distribution system management, operation and development and also specify the minimum technical/design and operational requirements for the connection of electrical power equipment to the distribution system and its operation with the distribution system. They update the text of the TS, which was notified according to the requirements of Directive (EU) 2015/1535 under 2019/0137/SK.
