The use of social networks by children and young adolescents poses a dual challenge with regard to public health and child protection for all of our societies.
Article 1 proposes to include in Act No 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 for trust in the digital economy the definition of social networks set out in the Digital Markets Act (DMA).
